Every Reformer journey at Luma starts with Fundamentals and builds from there. Whether you're stepping onto a Reformer for the first time or working towards our most advanced class, there's a level built for exactly where you are.

Using our premium Reformers and tower equipment, our five progressive levels build genuine strength, flexibility and body awareness at your own pace. Every class is guided by instructors with a real eye for movement and alignment, and every level is designed to flow naturally into the next.
