Luma Memberships

By joining our Luma Membership Programme, you agree to the following terms:

Billing & Commitment

    •    Luma memberships are billed monthly, starting from the date of purchase, and subsequently on the same date each month.

    •    A minimum commitment of three (3) or twelve (12) months is required.

    •    After the initial term, the contract automatically renews every 3 or 12 months until cancelled.

    •    One month’s written notice is required to cancel, sent via email to hello@lumapilates.co.uk

Class Credits

    •    Class credits activate on the date of purchase, and on the same date each following month.

    •    Unused credits expire at the end of each monthly billing period and do not roll over.

    •    Credits are valid for all in-studio classes

Freezing Your Membership

    •    Memberships may be frozen for one billing period at a time, up to twice per calendar year.

    •    Requests to freeze must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date via email to hello@lumapilates.co.uk

    •    Freezing during the initial membership term will extend the contract by the number of weeks frozen.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

1 Class Credit will be charged for:

    •    Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class start time.

    •    Failure to attend a booked class (no-show).

    •    Fees are charged to the card on file if no credits are available.

Refunds & Transfers

    •    Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if cancelled within 14 days of the original contract start date.

Pro-Rata Billing Option

    •    Upon request, memberships may be billed pro-rata from the purchase date, with future payments scheduled for the 1st of each month.

    •    Our standard one-month cancellation notice still applies.
