Subscriptions

Billing

• Luma Subscriptions are billed monthly, starting from the date of purchase, and subsequently on the same date each month
• A minimum commitment of three (3) or twelve (12) months is required
• After the initial term, the contract automatically renews every 3 or 12 months until cancelled
• One month's written notice is required to cancel, sent via email to [email protected]

Class Credits

• Class credits activate on the date of purchase, and on the same date each following month
• Unused credits expire at the end of each monthly billing period and do not roll over
• Credits are valid for all in-studio classes

Pausing Your Subscription

• Subscriptions may be paused for an admin fee of £20. Pauses are for a maximum of 6 weeks at a time
• Requests to pause must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date via email to [email protected]
• Pausing during the initial subscription term will extend the contract by the number of weeks paused

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

One (1) Class Credit will be charged for:

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class start time
• Failure to attend a booked class (no-show)
• Fees are charged to the card on file if no credits are available

Refunds & Transfers

• Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if cancelled within 14 days of the original contract start date

Class Packs

Billing & Expiry

• Luma Class Packs are billed from the date of purchase
• Credits activate on the date of purchase and expire as follows:
  • Single Class Pack: 14 days
  • 5 Class Pack: 60 days
  • 10 Class Pack: 120 days
  • 20 Class Pack: 180 days
• Mat, Barre & Yoga credits can only be used for those class types. Reformer/Tower credits can be used for any class type
