Pilates Teaching Lab with Agi Falenta
DATES
24 & 25 October 2026 and 30 & 31 January 2027
A practical, education-focused workshop for Pilates instructors who want to develop not just their exercise repertoire, but the way they think, observe, adapt and build a class.
Led by Agi Falenta, the instructor Teaching Lab centres on her Layering System: how to take one movement and develop it progressively through different layers, intentions and challenges, while always responding to the individual in front of you.
This is not about memorising choreography. It is about developing the skills to think as a Pilates teacher.
