Hip Rescue: Restore Movement & Strength

  • Luma Pilates 15 Northumberland Street Northeast Lane Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 6LN United Kingdom (map)

Tight or restricted hips can affect how we move, stand, and feel in everyday life. Imbalances in the hips often lead to compensation patterns elsewhere in the body. This workshop focuses on releasing tension, improving range of motion, and restoring balance and strength in the hips. In this 90-minute session, Agi will guide you through effective, easy-to-follow techniques to help you:

• Identify common hip imbalances and movement patterns

• Release tight and overworked muscles

• Improve mobility and range of movement

• Rebalance the hips through targeted strength and control

• Move with greater ease, stability, and confidence All exercises are accessible and suitable for all levels. You’ll learn practical tools to recognise what your hips need and how to work with them safely and effectively. Participants will receive a recording of the workshop, so you can continue practising at home and gain long-lasting benefits beyond the session. Balanced, strong hips support the whole body — this workshop gives you the tools to restore and maintain them.
