Questions about getting started?

Everyone begins with Reformer Fundamentals, regardless of fitness level or previous experience. It’s where you learn how the Reformer works, how to set it up for your body, and the foundational movement principles that underpin every class at every level. If you would prefer to start with Mat, Barre, or Yoga, these classes are open to newcomers and no prior experience is needed. Our introductory offer is three Reformer or Tower classes for £48, or three Mat, Barre, or Yoga classes for £30.
-
No. If you are new to the Reformer, Reformer Fundamentals is designed specifically for you. Mat, Barre, and Yoga classes are also open to newcomers with no prior experience needed. If you have trained elsewhere and aren’t sure which level to join, get in touch before booking and we’ll help you find the right starting point.
-
Fitted, comfortable clothing and grip socks. We stock crew and ballet grip socks at the studio if you need them. Avoid loose or baggy clothing as it can get caught in the Reformer. If your hair is long, tie it back. Read our full guide on what to wear to Reformer Pilates for more detail.

New clients can try three Reformer Fundamentals classes for £48, or three Mat, Barre or Yoga classes for £30. Beyond the intro offer, classes are available as flexible pay-as-you-go packs or monthly subscriptions. Full pricing is on our Prices page.
